If this pans out, a couple of things come to mind. Whatever happened with that missing train car going between California and a place I am forgetting? Arrested as enemy combatants. Military has them.

It's pretty obvious the paint is peeling because people are dumping paint thinner in there. But probably no way to catch them.
I checked Kash' X accounts and don't see it there. Doesn't mean he didn't state that, cuz X search sucks, but it appears to be bs.... plus, it doesn't have that ring of truth to it. Peptides designed to eat away paint? C'mon man.
Don't be so quick to dismiss peptides. They are a huge category of organic chemistry, relating to compounds that are frequently involved in chemical transformations. Just keep an open mind.
