Trump’s reaction to his loss on “mail in ballots” was eye opening to me, because Trump didn’t seem too phased by the ruling.
He used some wording in his response, which downplayed the ruling and I think that was the KEY.

Trump isn’t trying to get rid of ALL mail in ballots.
Just the fraudulent ones.
The largest group of “mail in ballots” come from the military.

Now if anybody’s vote should be protected, it should definitely be the people who are risking their lives to protect our freedoms.
Trump is going to protect the “mail in ballots” of our military personnel.
But why did Trump say, the Supreme Court ruling was basically keeping it “a little” the way it is now?
The Supreme Court didn’t prevent ballots received AFTER election day from being counted, but did require the ballots to be “postmarked” by election day.
Why is that a big deal?
GAME THEORY.
Trump AND the Supreme Court are in the process of removing the avenues for cheating through mail in ballots in the FUTURE, while at the same time, preventing the future lawsuits that try and prevent military ballots that were mailed by election day.
Don’t forget:
The U.S. Postal Service is refusing all “mail in ballots” that are not verified by the federal registry proving citizenship.
And the Postal Service owns a patent on blockchain technology associated with “mail in ballots.”
None of this is a coincidence.
What looked like a loss, actually helped cement in the Constitution, that ALL mail in ballots must be “postmarked” by election day.
Blockchain technology will be used to “prove” that postmark in the FUTURE.
Never forget that Trump is playing the “long game” and trying to establish as many legal “safeguards” as possible.
Same with the birthright citizenship “loss.”
It looks really bad, but most people are missing the same “playbook” by Kavanaugh, when Trump took his first loss at the Supreme Court over tariffs.
Trump purposely used a specific law on tariffs that was rejected by the Supreme Court.
He knew it would be rejected.
Trump was purposely “limiting” the broad use of that specific law by past presidents, so that presidents in the FUTURE, can’t use it to get rid of his tariffs.
What did Trump do?
The same day, he took Kavanaugh’s “advice” and reinstated the tariffs using the law that is now deemed Constitutional.
Kavanaugh just did the same thing with “birthright citizenship.”
He outlined the legal pathway that the Supreme Court will approve, for “ending” birthright citizenship.

Trump is playing the long game and this “loss,” will be turned into a “win” but more importantly, immigration law will be permanently changed to prevent birthright citizenship in the FUTURE.
What’s happened at the Supreme Court over the last two days, is not the end of the story.
The “end results” are what really matters and that’s the game that Trump is playing.”

Just FYI - the USPS proposed rule does NOT check the citizenship of those getting or returning mail ballots. They just get a list of those who are on the mailing list. They specifically state on the last page of the proposal that determining who is eligible to receive a ballot is still the state's job. https://www.federalregister.gov/d/2026-10968
I see all of the communists are out on Facebook today promoting "strict constitutional interpretation" of the 14th amendment and cheering on birthright citizenship.
Remind those fucking losers that socialism and communism are 100% incompatible with the Constitution ... and that will be enforced one way or another.

How are we not past the losses are wins thing. 250th is right around the corner and what is there to celebrate? lol. I totally expected the storm to fully hit before so the 250th was finally our big win. Holy fuk. So the lead in to this big event is insane prices on everything still, Supreme Court loss, Iran war, Communist takeover in NYC, haha. Q my man, come on.
I learned long ago that EVERYTHING is a win. Doesn't matter what it is, it will be twisted into a win.

I know many people are just done with trying to red pill normies. But it IS what our main task is supposed to be.
Supposedly (from my understanding), we have to wait for some unknown number of them to be red pilled before we can continue on with the plan in place.
People are frustrated that we have yet to red pill enough people, but are completely oblivious to the fact that WE are usually the main reason for that, running around making preposterous claims that never came from Q, but was instead cobbled together by Q "influencers" and paytriots (NASARA/GASARA, med beds, etc). Or we keep giving deadlines that never come true (when Trump is re-elected!, when Trump is sworn in, Red October, Hot August, and now the 250th anniversary)
I CONSTANTLY see MAGA/ANONS arguing with normies all over social media, comment sections of news articles, etc. And I just cringe when I see them get their asses handed to them, and all the credibility damage that comes with it.
Too many people who are absolutely ignorant of how our government works, how the legal system works, and just form strong opinions about something based on nothing more than a headline and who don't do even the most basic research or fact checking, they just take anything any random idiot says that they like and run around screaming about it to every normie they can find, and is our biggest obstacle.
It's why I point out basic flaws in logic, or realities of how our government and laws work in posts/comments here, because I just KNOW that someone is going to try to red pill a normie with it, so at least they have fair warning of the type of pushback they're going to get as soon as they step a toe out of boards like this one.

So let me get this straight: Kavanaugh said Congress could simply pass a bill defining what is meant by “subject to the jurisdiction thereof” and essentially make the ruling they just had moot?
While I like the idea that worries me. Could a Democrat Congress pass a bill defining what is meant by “keep and bear arms” then?

Yes. They absolutely could, and absolutely WOULD, if given the chance once they're back in office.
It's the main reason I push back so much about giving the President, Congress, and SC so much power. It's great and all when Republicans/conservatives are in charge, but there is going to be hell to pay when liberals are back in office. Because they're going to exploit the hell out of all of it.
So while we celebrate all of these "wins" when they fall our way, we're going to be cursing liberals for doing the same when their time comes. We're causing long term damage for these short term "wins".

Hard to believe anything a person would say if they conflate mail in ballots with absentee ballots. Its as if they are purposefully trying to mislead. NO serious person refers to absentee ballots as mail in ballots, even though absentees are sent thru the US postal service also. They are two fundamentally different processes: absentees are secure, mail ins are not.
It seems like most people, even those here, just lump them all together.
