Unfortunately, one can never truly know which way a judge sways, until faced with the core moral dilemma. I feel that ALL judges that are appointed should be on some type of jurisprudence probation. A vetting period from the bench. Now, this wouldn't be applicable to judges voted forn as this should be flushed out by the voters and any/all forms of recall.
Funny, Trump appointed Amy Barrett and touted her knowledge of the constitution. She's turned out to be a "book deal" justice who hates Trump and is obviously working against the people. I know one of Trump's tactics is to put these people in the lime light and let them prove how corrupt and evil they are. Is he showing the people that most of the SCOTUS is a corrupted body and needs to be dismantled are reshaped? I think there's a lot more to SCOTUS than we realize.

Good point. I don't think Trump is really worried about R vs D on most things - other than getting Rs elected to hopefully push his agenda. He has always been America First, and has had most of the same opinions and ideas on how to fix America's major issues ever since at least the 80s and 90s.

I was thinking this last night as I was falling asleep listening to Dave on X22. I know both Barrett and Roberts both have adopted children and the avenue which these adopted kids was in question years ago. For instance, if I remember correctly, Epstein helped Roberts adopt the children he has.
Barrett has 2 adopted black children from Haiti. We know Clinton Foundation was caught trafficking children out of Haiti. Could there be a connection?

I think it is the Federalist Society that advises the President on potential supreme court justices that would be good candidates to choose from for nomination. The Federalist society could have ill-advised Trump with his pick of Barret as a SC justice. Barrett may have been someone who could be blackmailed or controlled for important SC decisions. Trump learned a valuable lesson and has refused advise from political strategists about recent cabinet positions.

What if the Trump admin knows there were nefarious details surrounding these adoptions. Option 1: What if the Trump admin told Roberts and Barrett they were going to be publicly exposed. Option 2: As a way to save face, what if Trump told Barrett and Roberts to make an unconstitutional ruling on the birthright citizenship case so they could be impeached and then removed from the bench.
