The reason is that I am trying to get my neighbors who sit in their houses all day and watch TV to read this website and become more knowledgeable about things around them concerning politics...and other such trivia.
Do not get me wrong, I use you as the example so that they know they can come out of those shells and "ACTUALLY" be a human being and at the same time have a sense of humor!!!!!
NOTE: It took me a long time to open up and start to write things that were of interest to me, and that is what makes this board so much more than "passing info".
Mechanic’s lien like this one are tough to to enforce all the way through. They would have to sue to foreclose and it could wind up in court for years. This is being done for the bad pr (which is deserved). The foundation is complete trash for not paying them. It’s sad, but a lien like this on a property that won’t be sold is damn near impossible to enforce
100% correct. It's no different than a remodeler for your home not paying his crew. They would put a lein on your home to pressure you to put pressure on the remodeler, but ultimately it just effects your credit and not much else.
The lawsuit won't go anywhere, unfortunately. The Kenyan probably installed a judge who will throw out the case due to some unknown, very old rule that gives ex-president special privileges. Nothing to see here. Move along.

I tried to explain to him it was never set up to be good. It was set up to keep you a victim of something else that derails your dream of an Eden of Democratic Party rule over all.

if you have your car worked on, or just leave it at a shop for a long time they can charge you for storage and eventually take ownership.
In this case I expect that they will take a percentage of the operating revenue until the debt is paid off.
Anyone who enters the Obama sphere and isn't a celebrity, gets screwed. More money laundering, it seems to me.
