The Dick Act of 1902 And USC Title 10 subsection 246 Both recognize 3 catagories of the military: The regular military The National Guard The "Unorganized Milita" which is defined as every able civilian between the ages of 18 and 50.. Which means we not only have a RIGHT to bears arms (including so called "weapons of war") but a DUTY to own these so-called "weapons of war" in order meet the requirements of being a member of the "Unorganized Militia"..
