The one with stage IV TDS is getting more emotional all the time, I think he is becoming aware of how often he contradicts himself, if only subconsciously. I just nod, my calmness pisses him off. Kek.
I fixed my rotator cuff injury doing overhead dumbbell presses, using perfect form. I started pressing a can of soup. Moved up through the yoga weights. Now I'm doing 15lbs.
Total recovery.
Edit; Do both sides to keep your spine balanced. It feels weird pressing a can of soup with your good arm, but you must keep your back balanced.

Can I add borax to something?
Some people will add a teaspoon of borax to a liter of water and dissolve it well, then take a tablespoon of that master solution every day, usually add it to water/juice so you don't taste it.
I put the powder in the bath with my Epsom salts. 1/4 cup-ish.
I had a rash I treated with it. I dissolved 1/4 teaspoon (1/8 tsp for women) of borax in a liter of water then drank it throughout the day; a cup in the morning, lunch, dinner, bedtime. 5 days on, 2 days off. Worked like a charm.

Epsom salt baths are a great source of Mg.
You can absorb a lot of Mg from a 10-15 minute bath with a cup of Epsom salts added. If you start feeling "flushed" before the time is up you have enough and should get out.
Adding Mg and removing caffeine basically fixed my heart palpitations and chest/side stitches. It's calming mentally and physically.
Iodine is a big one too. I paint tincture of iodine on my skin or take SSKI, depending on how much I want. People who use non-iodized salt (sea salt) are often deficient in iodine as a result. Most everyone in the west is chronically deficient in Mg, Iodine and boron. Ymmv.
I also adjust the mix in my salt grinder to be about 25% "No Salt", aka, potassium chloride. Careful adding potassium salt to your life tho. Can be a problem if people with certain conditions but most people can benefit greatly. Tastes the same to me.

If everyone gets 200k tomorrow and decides they all need a new roof you will quickly find there are only so many roofers, only so many shingles, only so many nails.
The fiat system has been robbing a nation for 100 years. Slowly, methodically. Giving everyone 200K at the same time changes nothing. In fact, it will destabilize the system. Everyone can't all call in sick for a week, take a trip to Fiji, buy a new car, etc.
What needs to be seized and repurposed is not cash. Not even gold, really. It is resources. Cars, homes, boats, guitars, businesses, shingles, nails, etc. I hate to sound like a commie, but the means of production is what we the people need to regain control over. Because that is what has been stolen.
It was taken slowly, it will have to be returned in a similar fashion.
Edit: In this example the price of roofers and shingles skyrockets and the people prepared to pay the most, get the roof. That is how it went wrong. The gangsters print money from nothing and have been getting free roofing for 100 years.
