I had to stop eating Chinese food years ago after realizing nearly everything that makes it taste Chinese is an imported sauce. We all know what kind of quality control China has and how much they care about healthy eating. I don't fuck around with Chinese food anymore. I like food with Asian influence in flavors but I do not mess with imported ingredients which is most all of the sauces that make the flavors people know and love.
