and much needed. the last few times I told people that most organizations and countries have multiple factions of good and bad it was like I could see their eyes light up.

it's never a bad idea to use your brain to do your thinking instead of emotions. but we've gone on for literally years now about what's a distraction and what isn't- why do we have to pick what we focus on? there are enough of us and we're smart enough to maintain a big picture and dive whenever we want, on whatever subjects we want.

Relax as best you can Josh, a bath or shower can slow down dehydration if you can tolerate it.

your doc should have a nurse line you can call that can help without doing the whole ER or 911 thing. sooner is better.

God Bless.

the phrases big heart/bleeding heart go back further than that i believe, but I don't see this as a coincidence either.

don't think i've ever posted something like this frens but i had a dream. or nightmare i guess- the BHs pulled off a fake awakening. it was like a 'good morning america' show. glad i woke up from that one.

nah it goes back way further than that. IMO it's the opposite of saying 'good luck', which was believed itself to be a curse. so it's trying to flip the script. there are parallels, medical people tend to avoid saying 'it's quiet' because you'll then be proven wrong and get a bunch of messed up people to work on.

i forget what we were talking about but this normie was already half redpilled. got on the subject of 'conspiracies' and i said remember anne heche? she was supposed to be dead but she sat straight up on the stretcher as they put her in. first thing he looked up, there it was plain as day. 😁
