Which means that for me timestamps are in Greenwich mean time (or UTC), which is 4 hours ahead of Eastern Daylight Savings Time, 5 hours ahead of Central Daylight Savings Time, etc. You can test it by noting the relative time of the most recent post (e.g. "17 minutes ago") then clicking on it to see the absolute time. Example: current time for me is 5:49 EDT. Latest White House X post shows as 17 minutes ago. Click on item. It shows 9:32 PM. 5:49 - 0:17 + 4:00 = 9:32.
P.S. I didn't make up the 17 minutes part. Got lucky on that one.
