I was thinking about the transfer of funds Q spoke about 7 years ago. Then I remembered those IP addresses that the military borrowed then returned before PDJT left office in 2021. I don't know anything about how this works so forgive my ignorance if this is a stupid question but could it be possible to spoof those links where USAID were under the impression they were transferring money to all of these corrupt places when they were actually sending it to the military intelligence involved in the Q plan?
