If you decide to go out, do something to benefit humanity before you go.

This is a good thing. The people need to take care of themselves. There’s always a workaround.

Can’t build back better until you destroy it first.

Well, I did ask if you served, or worked for the DC govt. that’s important info in our conversation.

Lol. Do you you work with or in the military? They are woke as fuck. The troops themselves may be pro America but the brass definitely isn’t. Officers actually work for the civilians in charge, and clearly do as they’re told. How did the military deal with a stolen and obviously fraudulent election? Are they gonna get the death jab? No, they will be compliant, just as they always have. I retired from the military, and have worked as a defense contractor and mil Civ, so I’m not just an outsider looking in.

Yeah, and I disagreed that the military is the only way, since they are part of, and run by the corporate govt entity. They don’t work for we the people.

The government runs the military, it’s not a separate entity. If you are expecting the military to be on your side you are sadly mistaken. They are following orders of the three branches, and always will.

Lol no. Show me the law, with some precedent attached.

Petition of Right, 1628, provides that the common law knows no such thing as martial law; that is to say, martial law is not established by official authority of any sort, but arises from the nature of things, being the law of paramount necessity, leaving the civil courts to be the final judges of necessity.

No. Incorrect. The President is the ultimate tribunal for the enforcement of the rules and regulations that Congress adopts for the government of the forces, and that are enforced through courts-martial. He is a civilian, and nothing changes that. The constitution is clear on this.

The President’s duties as Commander in Chief represent only a part of duties ex officio as Chief Executive [Article II, sections 2 and 3 of the Constitution] and that the latter’s office is a civil office.

Article II, section 4 of the Constitution provides that ‘The President, [Vice President] and All Civil Officers of the United States shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of Treason, Bribery or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.’ . . .

[Article II, sections 2 and 3 of the Constitution] and that the latter’s office is a civil office. [Article II, section 1 of the Constitution . . . . ] The President does not enlist in, and he is not inducted or drafted into, the armed forces. Nor, is he subject to court-martial or other military discipline.
