breast milk will change depending on what that specific child needs in that moment. If baby is sick, it adjusts. It will also change if you’re feeding two at once (I was feeding my newborn as well as my two year old).

Yes it is! I breastfed all of my children, including twins. They are healthy, free thinking, rational adults. They were also very healthy as children. My daughter also nursed her children. Not only is it a great bonding experience, you never have to worry about the crap they're putting in formulas. Can't believe they've gone from highly encouraging new mothers to breastfeed to it's not good because it's natural. Medical clown world. Great.
