It is not a "point of view", it is the fact of the matter. Dogs are needy and dirty and cats are independent and clean...BUT, dogs are people's best friends, companions and protectors, a role cats can't fill in, ever.
These doggies fate is very sad, I hope most were let out, but it is fully the fault of Americans they were left there. You can't pin that on the Taliban.
