Yes, actually I had seen SOME of that, not the entire video though. And yes, the corruption is too widespread and too deep to "fix" in the usual sense of that word. It can't be "corrected" or solved by voting. It's going to take an absolute shakeup, from the top of every agency all the way down to the janitors and toilet cleaners, to aright the bloated, self-serving, corrupt system.
