Im in the 85% and im smart with my money. Only have mortgage and make sure my bills are below my means. Never sweating the money part. It allows them to make "on view" arrests. No need to have another agency swear out the warrant then go serve it. They see stealing? Can arrest. Before, they could not due to jurisdiction.
