yes. Even at Church. Just today. The Preacher will preach about this and that, but then when we seen what Churches did just a few years ago with masks and mrna... Such a weak minded people we have become. Not all, but my gollie. A whole lot.
Im in the 85% and im smart with my money. Only have mortgage and make sure my bills are below my means. Never sweating the money part. Its the majority of women are beyond delusional due to social media and all this feminism crap. Bunch of mid's thinking they deserve David Beckham. Its beyond tragic in the dating market for anyone under 40. Super 304's or bat shit crazy or multiples kids from different baby daddies. Those are the options now. And like I said before, the biggest thing to blame is social media.
Agreed. It warps the mind of young beautiful girls when they get random guys sending them money for foot pics and flying them to Puerto Rico for photo ops that make other girls think that’s normal and acceptable rather than prostitution. They think because they’re not standing on street corners that they still have their dignity. They couldn’t be more wrong. We all see them. And we know what we’re seeing. Once this new economy powered by tax free, debt free money kicks off and we’re all doing well, we won’t forget who sold their birthright for a thing of naught.
It's honestly worse than that. The prices are so out of wack it actually saves you money to rent instead of buy in a lot of areas. Even over a long 30 year term
Well at the end of the day the "general boomer population" thinks anyone younger than them are just complaining, lazy, and dont wanna sacrifice their way of living because a smaller pay check. So I think its fair to say hey general boomer population, here is why its wrong. Because if they blame based on someone's age then its valid to show why their generation didnt help those below. 2020 showed it clearly the older generation is willing to sacrifice the younger for their own safety and comfort.
My spouse and I are a part of that fifteen percent. But it’s only because we chose to live within our means, didn’t have crippling debt (no car payment in over a decade) and the deliberate choice to be frugal.
Having children within marriage also gave us an advantage, another choice based on self control.
Most millennial financial problems come from lack of self control and financial ignorance, something usually gleaned from their parents.
What I see might not be correct. However when I grew up we were told to be independent at a young age. For me I had to deal with stuff that majority of people have never had to. Friends when they turned 18 would be booted out of their homes and became homeless. I wanted to leave when I was 12.
I purchased my first home before I was 21. Now I am still in the 2nd home. getting old now.
The way we are now is we need to help our kids not become homeless, especially the white kids. I see so many homeless people now, kids, white, in this area. My oldest has that look of that is his future when we drive by them.
the advertising is just that! My goal is to save for my kids to not be homeless when I pass. We are not wealthy. To add injury to insult I see foreigners moving into my area and they are given it all for free. They are not scared of this ICE stuff. They lack driving skills and yet they are not homeless like these others. They are told they are the kings/queens of the land now.
Nothing I can do about it but to be patient and plant seeds of hope in my kids. Their future is not to be homeless, but unless a huge thing happens I see the invaders taking everything by violence.
There are cracks in their game plan, but it still has not made it to middle America yet. Everywhere we go around here for food, gas, and such--even the road workers that do not fix the roads, but appear to be road workers are all black or foreign while all the homeless are white. My kids being white see it too.
They see me as not white, because I am darker than them... I just tell them I am screwed no matter what.
Wow, how quickly that happened. Hopefully, it will just as quickly or quicker get turned around. I really never wanted to have a landlord. There's just something psychological about owning your own dwelling. I guess it's called the American Dream 🥰🇺🇲
In 1990 I was 22 tears old, married, a home owner (with no financial help from family) and pregnant with my first child. At 25 I had my second child, sold my house to buy a bigger one.
1980 was the official plummet -i don't think it's coincidence that the credit debt system went through the roof and the divorce rate followed directly behind it...

Good point and all, though did you know that mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell?
Weak men and foreigners create hard times.
They're all slaves to debt an landlord today.

unfortunately too many boomers trashed the country
lol at the downvotes boomers let in hordes of 3rd worlders, embraced secularism and never cared about their impact.
Yes I am generalizing but the people in power mostly have been boomers
yeah it's a generalization, of course it doesn't apply to all boomers...
that said it still applies to too many boomers
the math is there if they want to argue about it

It's pretty hard to buy a house nowadays unless you earn over $100k which obviously most people especially those under 30 don't
Also hard to keep up with maintenance on a house. Roof, Furnace and such things are so expensive

You will OWN NOTHING and BE HAPPY.
FED seems like it is working for the WEF? 🤔
Soon. Methinks the secret window on USdebtclock.org is more than some basement dweller’s hobby. It’s all lining up.
Boomers kind of ruined it for millennials and Gen Z

What else boomed then.... welfare
Indeed
The new 30s buy 2 houses you'll have later. 🤔😭😮
Damn the Fed and full speed Ahead!
