Where and how Dennis Montgomery obtained the 34 terebytes of data that represents the election systems monitoring of over 3000 counties in the United States has not been explained.

Lindell never allowed access by anyone outside of the team lead by Waldron to the raw PCAP data, and has since turned the data over to the DHS as provided for under CISA regulations...

(II) an information system of another non-Federal entity or a Federal entity upon the written consent of that other non-Federal entity or that Federal entity; and

(ii) be otherwise used, retained, and further shared by a non-Federal entity subject to-

(I) an otherwise lawful restriction placed by the sharing non-Federal entity or Federal entity on such cyber threat indicator or defensive measure; or

(II) an otherwise applicable provision of law.

(B) CONSTRUCTION.—Nothing in this paragraph shall be construed to authorize the use of a cyber threat indicator or defensive measure other than as provided in this section.

(e) ANTITRUST EXEMPTION.—

(1) IN GENERAL.—Except as provided in section 108(e), it shall not be considered a violation of any provision of antitrust laws for 2 or more private entities to exchange or provide a cyber threat indicator or defensive measure, or assistance relating to the prevention, investigation, or mitigation of a cybersecurity threat, for cybersecurity purposes under this title.

(2) APPLICABILITY.—Paragraph (1) shall apply only to information that is exchanged or assistance provided in order to assist with—

(A) facilitating the prevention, investigation, or mitigation of a cybersecurity threat to an information system or information that is stored on, processed by, or transiting an information system; or

(B) communicating or disclosing a cyber threat indicator to help prevent, investigate, or mitigate the effect of a cybersecurity threat to an information system or information that is stored on, processed by, or transiting an information system.

By not allowing access to the raw PCAP data at the August 2021 Cyber Symposium and providing outside parties access only to "extrapolated" data, and data that had been scrubbed by cyber experts and reviewed by lawyers to insure compliance with CISA, and (eventually) turning the data over to DHS per CISA (done at the time Lindell's legal team made public the first draft of the States A.G Complaint // yet to be signed by the A.G.s and submitted to the Supreme Court)... everything Dennis Montgomery did, Brandon Howse did, Mike Lindell did, Phil Waldron and cyber team did, complies with CISA, and in the famous words of James Comey, there is "no illegality" in how they handled the data.

two ways to approach his work... if you sort his comments by old... you can read his work in chronological order... which is good because when he selects an event or subject to deep dive... you can read the development of the research as it get accumulated and analyzed... so easier to understand. he started posting first on patriots.win until greatawakening.win stood up... and then the comments run pretty much in parallel, but there is some stuff in patriots that is not in greatawakening and vice versa...

Security Council meeting... which is not very close. the issue is raised in a separate discussion between high ranking Chinese and U.S officials, but no mention in the article of the details of Russia's assertions during the meeting of the Security Counsel this past Friday:

but there were several live broadcasts of Trump during the time he was in Walter Reed / Bethesda hospital where he presented as President and it appeared clear that he was carrying out his duties as President, taking the daily brief, meeting with key officials, etc.

there was no public statement before or after (which has been practice in the past) of the duties of the president temporarily being transferred to the the VP.

as far as we know trump was never unconscious (anesthetized, for example, for surgery) and never in any condition of being in danger of being unconscious which has historically been the reason for the transfer.

i, like norman, can not answer the enigma of this incident...

it fits no known protocol, which as i think about, is normal for the abnormal times we are living

respectfully, there is a difference between suspending disbelief...

and throwing spitballs at the blackboard while the substitute teacher's back is turned

unlikely the individual boarded helo at the hospital, boarding at andrews afb most likely, as identity of the individual is unknown, boarding Marine 1 at andrews afb while in its hanger would provide cover from unauthorized eyes if U/I identity is sensitive. does not fit your hypothesis.

here's a point... helo captain and copilot would have at a minimum seen the individual if not known who it is. if U/I individual is in the Q chain of command, these marines would be Q cleared at some level to assure they did not reveal the identity of U/I/
