But BEFORE that; when congress passes the law, it's then put into practice until someone with standing,(standing requires being demonstrably harmed by the law) challenges it. if successful in appeal, then Marbury "nullifies" any previously taken actions per the law, and it's "un-done."

That's not a job that's readily available in Washington. The "jew hate" just promotes more of it. The USS Liberty is one of many other military "friendly fire: tragedies that have also been "stifled." War is hell and those incidents aren't good for recruiting. Just because it concerned Israel doesn't a "conspiracy" make. Massie stood alone against spending. Standing alone means the party is after that and the party canned his ass.
Check and corrected. A House primary. Everything else is relevant. I don't seek controversy. I just dislike pejoratives like "the jews" or all it's variants being equated with the entire state of Israel and all Jewish people. That is the same tactic used with the covid shot, where they changed the definition so to call their product a "vaccine", then maliciously called any who objected to mRNA shots "anti-vaxxers." We don't blame all living Japanese for Hiro-Hito. That sort of grouping promotes hate.
Using a historic tragedy committed by individuals to suggest HE was somehow wronged and blaming an entire race of people for HIS loss of a 2026 Senate primary is pretty simple and childish. Some of his pages stuck together.
