I remember when I was a kid, I stayed at Bible camp. The camp did something rather controversial. One night, some staff dressed up as soldiers and raided the chapel. They arrested the pastor and we kids all had to follow our counselors to safety. For the rest of that night, we hid in various buildings and parts of the camp to have secret Christian meetings. We were led to believe our country had been taken over by the Soviets and we now had to survive as a secret church. The next day they told us it was to appreciate the freedom we have in religion in USA.

I just can't help but wonder if this could the the type of thing that is going on.
