I mean, everyone just wants Brandon to go.
But there are poll watchers this time focused on mail-in ballots.
Just don't listen to them when they say to evacuate due to a toilet overflowing.
Abbott, your turn. Call a fourth special session. Your "vaccine mandate ban" that imposes a $1K fine is a complete joke, we need real legislature.
I was walking in a grocery store not wearing a mask, walked past some dude wearing a mask. He looked at me, took off his mask, and said to me "i'm sick of this bullshit".
Sometimes all it takes is a little inspiration from others.
I know. I was just cracking a joke.
You don't need a helmet. This guy is protected from dying of COVID if he gets in a motorcycle accident.
Except they are still doing it through a stealth mandate (charging employees more each month for healthcare and punitive testing requirements)
This is how you know its working.
You can also file for religious exemption against the test as well.
And its discriminatory. It's a complete load of crap given that the CDC's stated themselves that the vaccine does nothing to prevent or even reduce the spread of COVID. It's a purely punitive measure designed to punish you and manipulate the statistics saying "all the unvaxed are getting covid, because thats who is being forced to take the test and is getting false positives". The tests will only be used against you and to spread more fear.
So far I haven't been able to find it. Looks to be a disinformation campaign to try to discredit people opposing the vax mandates.
There is a TON of evidence to point to to oppose these vax mandates, we shouldn't be falling for crap that will be used against us.
Any source for Chinese students being exempt? I believe it, but would like a source if you have.
A few days before the flight he was known to have received the second vaccination.
So in otherwords the news will report he died because he wasn't "fully vaccinated". Which is why they always count two weeks so they can pump up the vaccination numbers. Truly evil people.
It's not officially in any federal law. And even if it does, state law still overrides it. You are mistaken that federal law supersedes state law. That's what the 10th amendment is all about. Most people don't realize that the states have way more authority in this country.
As far as your question goes as to what has officially been released:
Biden gave an EO on Sep 9th. The EO states that there will be a task force established ("Safer Federal Workforce") that will work on establishing "guidance". It then directs federal agencies to put contractual language requiring the contractor to comply with the Safer Federal Workforce Guidance. The EO can be found: https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/presidential-actions/2021/09/09/executive-order-on-ensuring-adequate-covid-safety-protocols-for-federal-contractors/
Safer Federal Workforce Guidance put out guidance basically saying all contractors needed to be fully vaccinated by Dec 8th: https://www.saferfederalworkforce.gov/downloads/Draft%20contractor%20guidance%20doc_20210922.pdf
The "guidance" states it overrides state law, but that is in direct conflict with the 10th amendment which gives this authority to State Law.
It'll be challenged in the courts, but the problem is since its not technically law it can't be brought to court. It'll probably happen when the clauses come out and companies start suing the federal government.
That's reserved for parents that care that their kids aren't taught to hate white people.
Unless in conflict with the US Constitution, State law typically overrides due to Tenth Amendment: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people."
I think you're misreading it. It's a comma with an or listing out three independent reasons:
- ANY REASON of Personal Conscience
- Religious
- Medical (including Natural immunity)
I see you haven't posted in a while. Here is reference if you're out of loop: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YAzaDp6yoQw
I don't think mine is long enough to reach Nevada.
My company has a vax mandate. They are currently gathering everyone's status. You can answer: Vaccinated (with proof), "Unvax w/ no intention", "Unvax w/ scheduled appointment", "unvax but undecided", or "will not disclose".
I saw the official numbers of one site and there was literally 1 person that answered unvax (35 people said will not disclose). About 100 people at the location.
Management then went and told everyone "the number of unvaccinated is in the single digit %" to try to scare everyone.
It's more important from the "they intentionally withheld information" and acted deceitfully. This proves "willful misconduct" which is what is necessary to remove their liability shield for lawsuits against Pfizer. That is a big deal.
To be fair, i don't think the title matches the video.
Fauci is scum, and I fully believe he was closely involved in planning to utilize a self-inflicted pandemic to circumvent the normal process, but I don't think this video is one that will red pill normies.
No problem. You might check your state laws too. I know for Texas the genetic discrimination law is much much stronger than federal (can't take action against employee who doesn't take it).
I'm not sure the Antigen tests count as "genetic", but I think the PCR nasal swabs count as genetic.
I've wondered if the PCR tests constitute a "genetic test" which would be prohibited under GINA or state-by-state regulations. You might try this angle.
GINA is the Genetic Information Non-Discrimination Act. Section 202 (https://www.eeoc.gov/statutes/genetic-information-nondiscrimination-act-2008):
(a) Discrimination Based on Genetic Information.--It shall be an unlawful employment practice for an employer--
(1) to fail or refuse to hire, or to discharge, any employee, or otherwise to discriminate against any employee with respect to the compensation, terms, conditions, or privileges of employment of the employee, because of genetic information with respect to the employee; or
(2) to limit, segregate, or classify the employees of the employer in any way that would deprive or tend to deprive any employee of employment opportunities or otherwise adversely affect the status of the employee as an employee, because of genetic information with respect to the employee.
Discouraged? Why? Did anyone expect the news to suddenly come out and say "decertify the election"? No, of course not, fake news is going to spread propaganda.
The audit showed a significant amount of fraudulent activities. I'm glad its come out and now the next steps need to happen.
Abbott still needs to call a fourth special session to ban vax mandates. His EO is a complete joke. I feel like he's trying to distract away from this topic.
