They did this by surcharging any unjabbed employee $200.00 per month for their existing healthcare plan. Thank of it as a “monetary fine” for non-compliance.
Using this sneaky and underhanded tactic, they were able to “convince” over 90% of their employees to get the jab without a forced company mandate.
So how are they able to do this if they have federal contracts? United also? A bunch of federal contractors working for other companies are wondering how they are able to do this?
