Boycott is gendered language. It should be “underage-adult-cott”

Have faith. Have hope. There is something much greater than us at work. We are instruments of God. I put no limits or conditions on his plan. Nothing can stop what is coming.

Actually, I feel compelled to say a little more. Those Chinese in SF are probably either directly or indirectly affected by the CCP. The distasteful behaviors (lack of ethics, disregard for others) unfortunately are common symptoms. I could list numerous others and many colorful stories describing them. (I’d rather not.) The common denominator is the CCP, the oppressive system of thought and basically religion that invades every aspect of ones life from birth to death.

Your argument is that the problem extends back much further, into an inherent quality of Chinese culture or indeed biologically, in DNA. Culture evolves, as does DNA. Many cultures had barbaric tendencies that served some purpose that seems inexplicable now to our modern brains. These customs gradually muted and disappeared, with only vestiges remaining, like holidays or fairy tales. I agree that many sadistic elements of Chinese history are shocking but they largely do not persist in the same forms today. You could abstractly draw lines between contemporary behaviors and these historical customs but it’s vague and far less clearly delineated than the extremely obvious and powerful influence that the satanic CCP holds people’s minds strangled by.

Edit- I want to add, have you interacted closely with people from Taiwan? You’d probably have a very different experience. We are open, warm, compassionate, enthusiastic. Generally. Cruelty and violent crime occurs here but it’s very rare compared to other countries. Culture, in my opinion, takes precedent over biology.

So. I didn’t want to get into such psychoanalysis but your post was thought provoking, as a good controversy always is. I guess my stance is that, yes, there are negative aspects of historical Chinese culture, some quite extreme. You can see patterns, like sadism, coldness, lack of empathy, lust for absolute power, etc. These are classical human vices. Every culture has their unique concentration of them. But I don’t think this is the primary cause of the illness you’re observing in Chinese today. Rather, I think it’s the abject divorce FROM culture and tradition by the CCP that is to blame. You can see some of my recent posts, I’ve been a little busy recently chatting about this, haha. Too much thinking time, unwell at the moment and resting a lot...

You are broaching a very controversial topic, and I thank you for the courage to take up this argument. I disagree on the premise of something being hardwired specifically into the Chinese race, like the sadism as you describe. I tend to see things in more of a cultural paradigm than biological, though both do play a role. To what extent I’m unsure. But it’s a worthwhile concept to consider in seeking answers, and seeking to cure the illness. Even if untrue, I think it reveals possible patterns leading to the truth.

I’d rather not comment in more depth on this topic as it comes too close to home for me. But this is the freedom of thought and expression that I cherish and we must desperately fight to preserve. Censorship and cancelling obfuscate the most critical aspects of reality and the processes to decipher them.

As I said, the system is rigged. Long work hours with inadequate income. https://www.taiwannews.com.tw/en/news/3785553

Parents are exhausted and barely can have strength for one. Two is amazing. Three is rare.

People typically marry late, 30+. It’s not a recent phenomenon as in the west, this has been happening a while. The older you are, the harder to have/raise kids. (Believe me.)

True except for the fact that choices in this matter are scarce. Military service is compulsory for all young men and women.

But, while appearing acceptable to their superiors on the surface, indeed, the “only-child” rearing cultivates an entitled, selfish coward under their uniform. Generally speaking. Under pressure, the truth is revealed, like that clip of young soldiers being shipped off to the disputed Indian front in tears. They are weakened, frightened, ungrounded.

Exactly. That reminds me of some government leak a few years back how they are tracking women of childbearing age. Their population is on the cusp of implosive freefall and it’s painful to say but nothing can stop what is coming. The CCP must and will be destroyed, one way or another. They have poisoned the well, now it’s their time to drink it.

I should mention that a lot of people in China of childbearing age are unmarried and will likely marry beyond 30, perhaps 40. If they marry at all. Many married couples with one baby are already too old to have a second, plus haven’t had adequate planning of resources to support it.

Tragically this describes the situation in Taiwan too, another super-aged society. Deaths outnumbered births last year for the first time. It’s heartbreaking. Other workaholic societies like Japan have the same situation. The system is rigged. Resist. I’m doing my part ^_^

The old are witnesses to history, repositories of custom and tradition, holders of vanishing skills and rare wisdom. The cultural revolution never ends for the CCP.

The CCP ordered a mass extermination program on sparrows in the 50s and 60s based on the emotional assertions of the rulers, not, like, you know, facts. They thought in a dim-witted caveman shortsightedness that sparrows were eating all the harvest. (Spoiler alert- no.) As a result, massive ecological disruption occurred causing far greater agricultural failure. Who to blame? The farmers who were ordered to kill sparrows of course. Never the unquestionable leaders, above reproach with a neo-mandate of heaven.

Forcing couples to have only one baby has caused catastrophic cultural damage to Chinese society, for example, eliminating whole categories of family like cousins, aunts, uncles, brothers, sisters. An incredible burden on one child to care for both his parents plus the parents of his future spouse, not to mention all grandparents. Looking forward, a bleak future with a hugely skewed gender imbalance, resulting in rampant human trafficking for sex and forced marriages.

Actually the plethora of social ills directly resulting from an excruciatingly narrow-viewed decision all in the name of controlling population growth can hardly be catalogued. The family is absolutely the foundation of all societies. With a crippled, aborted family structure, Chinese society is lethally condemned to ultimate collapse. Btw it’s not such “slow motion.” It’s progressing at a startling pace, why else would they come out with this now? Desperation. “Allowing” couples to have two, three, five babies at this point is woefully too late. Most couples are hardwired with the custom of one baby, indeed they can scarcely afford even one.

The CCP is the disease. The malignancy must be removed so the people can heal.

My personal note- be fruitful and multiply. Do not be dissuaded from having a baby because of the uncertain current situation. Boldly commit your ultimate act of defiance against the [evil] who wishes to see us depopulated!! Have babies in abundance!!! They are a blessing from God. Do not delay.

I dunno, she’s looking pretty much like a controlled player at this point. I agree people can change but I don’t think that’s applying in her case. This was a chance for her to demonstrate that change but instead she is surrendering and supporting the other team. She should be aggressively fighting for justice like Lin Wood, Mike Flynn, Sidney Powell, all the other patriots. She made her choice. (Or someone made it for her.)

Thank you for making a distinction between Chinese and CCP. They brainwash everyone to conflate the two so they can use the innocent Chinese as their human shield hostages.

That being said, I would like to delicately broach a little controversy. China was violently stripped away of culture, religion, art, history plus untold millions of innocent people were erased in the cultural revolution. Generations of families had only one child, eliminating aunts, uncles, cousins, brothers, and sisters from social structure. Think of all these effects on the psyche. That’s not even talking about the incessant barrage of distorted propaganda they are surrounded by.

The Chinese people are not whole as a society. I don’t know a better way to say this. The individuals are spiritually injured. But I believe many can heal. I believe culture can be restored. Many precious artifacts, documents, books, scholars/skilled craftsmen escaped the purge to Taiwan. And other places too, the global diaspora. We are keeping it safe until one day it can return home. That I think is the truest “reclaiming the mainland” that Taiwan could ever do.

So I personally don’t want to needlessly sensationalize the faults of the individual Chinese (from China.) (not saying don’t discuss it, go ahead, but I will refrain because I feel too much empathy and sorrow for them.) I did mention one egregious example previously, you can check my past posts. I’m fully aware of what’s going on, believe me. I’m just trying to suggest why it’s happening. But I will not disagree- these actions and many more are sick, depraved, sociopathic. Chinese society must heal. Eliminating the CCP is the first step in treatment.

True story-

A small group of Chinese PhD students in the US adopted puppies from the animal shelter a few times. They fed them well for a week or so then one day beat them with sticks to make the meat softer. Then killed and ate them.

Years later. A Chinese PhD student in the US wanted to adopt a puppy for unknown reasons. The woman at the shelter was hesitant and said “a dog is a big responsibility, you have to take care of it.” The clerk was afraid of being called out for racism or something. But the suggestion was clear.

This kind of thing happens. It’s a fact.

Lol. I’m all in favor at making a joke at the expense of the humorless CCP.

Just a quick reminder- contemporary Taiwanese society has a strong sense of unique national identity and has zero interest in “reclaiming the mainland.” That was more of a propaganda push of the 50s and 60s, the thing about government in exile, the one legitimate Chinese government, etc. Most just want to be a normal, free country, very simple. I don’t think it’s a big ask.

That being said, Taiwan is the sanctuary of Chinese cultures, tradition, art, history, religion, language that was annihilated along with millions of innocent human beings with the cultural revolution. I think this is another reason the CCP despises Taiwan because we still keep the burning fire of the Chinese soul safeguarded.

The people of China hold the destiny of their country. Only they can “reclaim” their land. But Taiwan will cheer their courage and celebrate their triumph in a new era of Freedom in Asia. And I look with great hope through the uncertain times towards that future.

Btw John Cena is a chode.

Here is a fun fact. The CCP ships (trafficks) “low quality human beings” to countries like Italy to work as slaves in order to get a “Made in Italy” label on the product. Buy less. Buy local. Repair, reuse, repurpose. (also buy made in Taiwan lol ^_^)

I’m seeing comms in Taiwan like, how prepared are people really if life dramatically changes due to a disaster? Currently we are undergoing a “Covid emergency” after 1.5 years with virtually ZERO community transmissions. I cannot overstate how significant that is. I think it’s to push vaccines and get us under the force of the great reset. We had been a pesky outlier.

Also we had major social disturbance from freak power outages recently. It was startling and I think it’s triggering unease in society. Hence the MSM capitalizing on and encouraging those fears with more “what if” scenarios.

We stand with Japan. We are inexorably linked, culturally, historically, even geographically. Our big sister in a way. The compassionate, respectful cooperation of Asians is a double-edged sword. Beware the might of a unified society!!

God bless the Q patriots of Japan. God knows we need more awakened in Taiwan.
