No. I don't know anything about the girls school that you're talking about, but it is naive to think children don't get blown the fuck up in any and all modern wars. I am positive that girls schools, boys schools, and service animal training schools get bombed from time to time when war is happening. A country not at war has far fewer blown up schools.
FYI: Girls can go to school in Iran, and they have high literacy and enrollment rates, but they face strict gender segregation, mandatory dress codes, and certain curriculum limitations.
