My family took the shots because they're adults and made the decision to. It's big headed to think you're going to be viewed as more of an expert on this subject because your "news source is more accurate than theirs." Felon is a stigmatized word. People can change. I don't do anything illegal anymore. No drinking. No drugs. Plenty of friends that are not criminals. Many people I know that are older than me tell me on a regular basis that I'm the smartest person they know. When I was younger I did stupid stuff because I didn't know how to be bored.

Some felonies are terrible though. Like anything assault or theft related.
