What Trump REALLY has to do is get the alphabet soup properly reclassified as a legit mental illness (which it actually used to be in the DSM!!!) and then the problem solves itself.
You already can't have mental issues + legally own guns (yes; it's on the 4473) and you can't be a drug user.....
Sorry not sorry; some of the hardcore anti-psychotics, anti-depressants, and hormones that trans people are on, should absolutely be considered an actual "drug" like MJ or coke.
Plus if we're being totally honest, I'll bet there isn't but 1 in 100 trans who would pass a drug test, screening for any standard / typical street drugs.......

I'm a felon. Got caught painting freight trains in my 20s and they threw the book at me. It used to cause me problems for finding employment but now I do pretty good for myself and my home. I own land and have plenty of guns in my house. I just cannot drive around with them. Nobody handed me anything except a hard time in life so people that are prone to making excuses for their actions' words fall on deaf ears with me.
