Darn, I was hoping he would explain why colds and flu seem to spread through schools, work places, and households if they are not contagious. I mean, is it psychological? They see someone sick and then their brain tells them that they, too, are sick? Personally, I've never caught anything from a classmate, co-worker, or family member but other people seem to. I've gotten sick after caring for a sick family member but I've always attributed it to me getting worn down from work, household chores, and tending to the ill family member.

I've been on almost every med for it. They do stop working and need to be changed every now and again. Every few years I'd have to take a week or so off work to adjust to the new med combo (mind fog is the biggest problem during the adjustment period) I wish your nephew peace.
I'm 59 years old and was diagnosed as manic-depressive as a kid. Over the years I have found that decompressing in nature (ocean, woods, the desert) helps to manage stress levels. Acupuncture can also help if you can find an acupuncturist with experience treating mental illness. My issue is the deep depression but when I come out of it I ricochet into mania. For the manic phase, sadly, only pharmaceuticals seem to quiet the brain so I can sleep (during the manic phase it's high noon in my head 24/7 and it feels like a pinball machine)
I'll keep your nephew in my prayers.
Tenet Media had a video on this topic this morning. They said there's no specifics as to what constitutes "open" so Matt Christiansen suggests one hour a day.

Canadian Prepper says the price of gold is a good indicator of things are not right in the world.
He also said that the residents of Haifa are urged to install telephone landlines and to stock up on food.
But it's always a good idea to check your preps.
It's children must be mortified to have it as a father.
