It seems like actions concerning the Jan 6 prisoners would be addressed by this chapter of the LOW manual. The crooked politicians (nationals) in the occupied territory (D.C.) would also be affected, I don't know how though. The actions taken against the Jan 6 prisoners seems to violate the Geneva Convention (GC), so maybe we will see relief for them prior to the midterms.
