My personal opinion, the cabal has been trying to detonate a nuke inside the USA for years and has been thwarted multiple times. For this reason specifically, the actual city or location may now be tougher to predict. They might not be able to select their precise desired location at this time. Logical thinking would then suggest detonating it somewhere important within the borders of the United States, even if it's not the exact desired location, would be plan B for them. This scenario would make predicting the precise target especially difficult.
