Some people think we're screwed anyway because we are due a pole shift.

When it happens, almost all human life will be wiped out.
One (unusual) school of thought is that for anyone to survive, we need to lower the numbers, removing those who are 1) least likely to have the gumption needed to survive and 2) most likely to get in the way of rebuilding.
Then there's the other school of thought that states anyone left will be made a slave and they don't need too many, so wipe out all the supernumerary humans.
However, if the plan was to kill off the sheep, that would explain why they left the stubborn, ornery, don't-tell-me-what-to-do types. For the first round, anyway.

Just put a few drops in your water daily -- really cleans out cellular debris. That includes bacteria, funguses, viruses -- whatever we call those toxic things.

I think one of the reasons I look younger than my age is that I don't wear makeup.
I probably would for special occasions, video, or a photo shoot.
But day in and day out, I like a little eyeliner (sometimes) and lip color. And then it's usually a tinted lip balm from Burt's Bees.
Beautiful skin starts on the inside. Skin is our largest organ. So I focus on feeding it -- preferably not with plastic.
Sounds like women will become nothing but breeders -- until they figure out how to make that happen by stealing wombs.
BTW, get off the organ donor list, if you haven't already. Make sure your friends and family know that you do not agree to donate your organs.

The present paper introduces a joint coordinate and routing system (CORONA) which can be deployed dynamically on a 2D ad-hoc nanonetwork. User-selected nodes are used as anchor-points at the setup phase. All nodes then measure their distances, in number of hops, from these anchors, obtaining a sense of geolocation. At operation phase, the routing employs the appropriate subset of anchors, selected by the sender of a packet. CORONA requires minimal setup overhead and simple integer-based calculations only, imposing limited requirements for trustworthy operation. Once deployed, it operates efficiently, yielding a very low packet retransmission and packet loss rate, promoting energy-efficiency and medium multiplexity.

In this paper, we propose a framework for data delivery in nano-scale networks, where numerous wireless sensors are distributed on a human body, small object, tiny plant root, etc. Our framework caters for green energy-efficient applications in the Internet of Nano Things (IoNT) where data is relayed via nano-routers from a multifarious nanonodes towards a gateway connected to a large-scale network such as the Internet. We consider the entire network energy while choosing the next hop for our routed packets in the targeted wireless nanosensor network. Our delivery approach considers resource limitations in terms of hop count, and remaining energy levels. Moreover, extensive simulations are performed and the results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed approach in comparison to other baseline energy-aware routing protocols.

If mankind will be destroyed by fire next time, that could be 5G or something similar, where they flip a switch and the graphene starts a combustible reaction.
There have been anecdotes regarding spontaneous combustion of human beings. No one knows how it happens.
Were those tests of some kind of device?
Graphene can withstand high temperatures. Could the villains spontaneously combust people, turn them to ash, by sending instructions to those with some form of graphene implant or circuitry?
If so, I could see how humanity could be destroyed and people would see it as the Rapture. One school of thought holds that people who are no longer there could refer to the bad guys.
Then again, it could be that our vibrations rise to the point that we no longer see or interact with the bad guys.
