I read your post a few months ago. I started the regimen but I wasn't as religious about it as your post recommended. Despite the lackadaisical manner with it, I have noticed a marked improvement in stamina and particularly heart rate. I live at about 7k ft of altitude and regularly venture up to 10-12k. Last year while I was cutting wood for the winter, I nearly passed out from the exertion, at about 10k ft. That wasn't even a heavy day and I was beginning to wonder about my future up here. I've been going back up to cut wood this last week, and as I mentioned, I have sort of been doing this protocol. I breezed through all the capacity I had in my truck and trailer, more than a cord of logs pulled out, bucked, cut and loaded and I felt like a million bucks. I'm only in my mid-40's but I'm a chef and have had a pretty heavy diet for years, not balanced and very rich. as well as the drinking and pot smoking that goes with that lifestyle often times. Sober for 5 years, smoke pot occasionally, mostly eat keto/carnivore now but the protocol has made a whole 'nother world of difference. I bought the "Live longer and feel better" book by Linus Pauling and have been reading it as much as possible. I can't thank you enough for your post. I think committing fully will only bring better results and it's offseason now and I'll be able to do it correctly.
Homodious. Did I do it right? Transodious. Ya, it's growing on me
CO state government tried last week to stuff a bunch of sparks of divinity onto buses and drop them off in my valley. The 2 most populous towns refused to let them off and sent them down the highway. It's liberal AF here. A breaking point has been reached.
I got from Reynolds as well. Takes a little time but showed up, no muss, no fuss
Likewise, bit single shot aure saves $$ for the consistent practicing shooter
Hubris comes to mind as well
True, but I'm not referring to my own shelter, i mean it as buying rental properties for an income stream or other holdings likely to appreciate. The rate of appreciation doesn't keep up with inflation and with tenants, the list of potential liabilities is as long as my arm, plus taxes, maintenance. Maintaining buying power is nigh impossible in this environment, forget about things like government seizing puysical property, cash, metals. I'd value your insight into your assertion of a "crooked dealer," none of my time researching the technology has borne such a thing out. Quite to the contrary, in fact.
I can't imagine trading it for fiat and losing 10%+ annually, not to mention being subject to freezing of accounts. Metals are suppressed. Real estate is in a bubble worse than 2008 by leaps and bounds.
I suppose. But the lights-out scenario just isn't plausible. Bitcoin isn't going anywhere. If one was to give up their keys, the man could seize those coins. Without them, the man can pound sand. I'm merely suggesting an alternative. After watching the CA truckers get their bank accounts frozen, I decided to look for an off-ramp. Might not be right for everyone.
It doesn't have to. As long as 1 node is operational, it holds the record of the entire blockchain. And it will do so until power is restored
To the whole word? All 26,000 nodes worldwide? And everyone with backup generators? I wouldn't bet the farm on it
Save in Bitcoin and multi-sig. It'll be like watching a monkey hump a football when they try to confiscate that
Hey! You stole my line that I stole from Rodney Dangerfield! Now I have to tell everyone!
The richers in Jackson are going to love this!
Who is supposed to receive the judgement, if there is no injured party? The State of NY? NYC?
Same. Tired of this commie Kathy-Bates-but-uglier cnut
These are the times that fry men's souls
This was a great listen and very satisfying to hear even the radical left wing of the court express their doubts as to the validity of the arguments. That is to say, the pouty tantrum being thrown by the insolent "leadership" of my once-great state. I'm kind of bummed I have to wait a week before I troll Fishface Griswold, but delayed gratification is very gratifying.
Must be nice to protest without having to worry about the dungeon
That's a hell of an idea he has. I like the rattlesnake variation too
Instead, let's reach out to those idiots who glue themselves to the road and tell the Bud Light is the worst polluter in America, free bus tickets to the front gate of the plant
Haven't been normal for years, why start now? Sure helped with that whole 'not getting myocarditis or blood clots' thing
Look for a book called "the great taste, no pain manuals." It basically shows you to separate carbs and proteins. You produce different chemicals to digest each and they counteract each other. The only problem, if you can call it that is that you digest things much faster and get hungry sooner. My old boss got on this protocol and cured himself of diverticulitis without the medication. You have to cut out dairy and soda, eventually you can add back some cheese if you like. But it made me feel so much better, lose weight and most importantly, no heartburn. It may take some time to heal if you have an erosion, just fyi.
