Mistrial. Rittenhouse's attorneys should be filing for a mistrial right now, and cite FBI malfeasance as the reason.
No. There is more than enough video evidence to fully exonerated Rittenhouse and he's already been through more than enough crap he never should have had to experience. His lawyer needs to win this one then sue the FBI, the state and many others for withholding evidence and politically motivated prosecution. Then Rittenhouse can sit back, get on with life, and wait for the fat restitution checks to roll in.
Only issue if it’s accurate is what the jury consultants said about the lead defense lawyer barring them from the court room for the jury selection process....
Seems a daft thing to do especially given what some juries have decided when it comes to politics over law and or reasonable doubt.... like RS trial....

What if the goal of the FBI blatantly tampering with evidence is to cause a mistrial, and thereby avoiding setting a precedence for self defense in the what is one of the most obvious cases of self defense in our nations history?
This is exactly how Lawfare by the FBI has worked.
Their aim is to perpetuate legal costs and drown out defense. It works. Look at Flynn. He had to sell basically everything he owned as did Roger Stone, and more.
The FBI has also been caught witness tampering & stacking juries. They have a 98% conviction rate which is statistically impossible without extreme corruption.
Repeatedly they have brought cases they knew would be dismissed simply because they knew these cases would in effect Terrorize and Devestate Financially those accused. The accusation to the FBI is a large portion of their power - this was bad under Hoover & got much worse under Mueller and Subsequently James Comey.

it's not a mistrial. it's called a brady violation. during a trial, brady violations are grounds for what's called a "judgment of acquittal", meaning the case doesn't even go to the jury, the judge declares the defendant innocent.

brady violations are on the rise because mass surveillance and phones capturing everything nowadays mean there's more physical evidence than ever. where cops could previously lie, or prosecutors could insinuate to run up conviction rates, they can't anymore. so the only way to eek out convictions sometimes is for them to withhold evidence.

The Rittenhouse trial should be dismissed due to FBI malfeasance-destruction of evidence. Those FBI personnel must be charged with destruction of evidence and go on trial. Government must pay all legal expenses plus punitive damages to Rittenhouse.
