I think this all boils down to the Manufacturers lying about the efficacy of the Vaccine. Based on the numbers Trump was given, he did save a lot of lives. However, Big Pharma lied, and the current administration has the current statistics and still continue to push it. Remember, he wasn't in office as these vaccines started to become available to the public. He can play dumb on both fronts. I don't like it, but it's his only out.
