My vote is they are Chinese nationals. They have infiltrated much of our infrastructure and the CCP all but declared an unconventional war on the US. The CCP also has a law enforcement element in place with their agents in this country enforcing the CCP's will on these nationals. China knows the only way to eat the elephant and bring down the US is one bite at a time.
