Did he like announce this somewhere? Like who makes the determination this occurred? Did the dad post on Twitter “bought my son a gun!”. Did the kid tell everyone that even if it could be totally fabricated, etc. We need to punish the INDIVIDUAL, and for crimes like these it should be inhumane so that the behavior STOPS
So then what if they take the keys without permission, how can this possibly even be proved? Did the dad clearly say and make an announcement THIS GUN IS FOR MY SON TO USE!
