Many nations gave up on tanks and only minimal fighters which are mostly dual role not dedicated for air superiority or ground attack.
Naval forces mostly consist of a few frigates and subs, all aircraft carriers were scrapped or sold long ago... only a few helicopter carriers with Harriers and F35s remain.
The US would wipe the floor with them... Its like Europe was mostly stuck in the 2000s tech wise while the US is bristling with new tech that most people are unaware of.
Russia has wasted most of their equipment and personnel on Ukraine using even prototypes and old mothballed tech... They only have nukes and some naval assets.
China is the only real threat which is near peer, if China gets involved we'll be looking at a real risk of a world war.
