This makes the most sense. I am not familiar enough with the abortion process, though it seems like something you would want to do more than localized anesthesia.
Putting the patient to sleep & then pulling baby parts out in the bus wouldn't allow for the sanitation they are supposed to practice in medical facilities.
It makes more sense to me that they are giving out abortion pills & are setting up appointments.
Do they have an MD on site prescribing them? If not this may violate laws for giving prescription medications without a prescription. Though I am not sure if there are over the counter abortion prescriptions.
I don't know if I want to start digging into the horse accusation... Eating them may be a problem, though there is always something else I wouldn't be able to erase from my brain...

I found a TikTok video that someone was quoting from. I couldn't see the URL well on my phone & could pause to switch between screens easily at the time. I am hoping to find it on nih.gov I think it was there.

I need to dig into this. Having done lots of marketing, & teaching small business owners in the past how to do online marketing, I believe you can pay more (select an option) to force viewers to watch the whole ad.
I need to dig into this as I didn't get into YouTube advertising, though it seems like a useful feature for big budget advertisers that need to force your attention.
Trump doesn't need to force the attention. His ads grab attention by the crotch, rockets you into embracing MAGA, and the whole time viewers let him do it.
