I personally eat over a pound of bacon each week. I eat about two dozen eggs per week or sometimes a little bit more. I eat as much red meat as I possibly can. I never touch chicken as it is horrible for you.

The doctors said I was going to be on statins, metformin, and blood pressure medicine for the rest of my life.

I used to have type two diabetes, high blood pressure, and they said high cholesterol. I have cured them all myself just from my diet. I have lost 35 pounds. I am sixty years old, and I am in better shape than most thirty year olds.

Cholesterol is actually good for you. Your brain needs cholesterol to survive. People that have low cholesterol have neurological problems. Good cholesterol used to be three hundred to three fifty. They keep changing the definition of what is good so they can get more people to take their medication.

I would never see a doctor for anything unless it was a broken bone and something I could not fix myself.

There are lots of doctors that are good people, but they do not know what good medicine is because they were never taught it in medical school. They are only taught to push drugs to treat symptoms. They are taught to be moneymakers for the pharmaceutical industry. They are not taught to be healers.

Stay away from all seed oils. Stay away from CANOLA. Stay away from enriched wheat flour, and any bread that has more than four ingredients. Riboflavin is horrible for you. Stay away from anything that has corn syrup in it. I almost completely cut potatoes out of my diet. Almost no rice at all. I never eat anything out of a box. Spinach and kale are horrible for you, beans are really bad for you, as they cause inflammation within your heart and your blood vessels. The only vegetables I eat a lot of are onions, mushrooms, and garlic.

I only cook with butter, bacon grease, lard, or beef tallow. Sea salt is great for you as it has essential minerals. Pink himalayan salt is also great for you. Table salt is terrible. You really cannot have too much salt in your diet. The doctors don't know what they're talking about and do not listen to them. Salt is essential for neurological health. Salt is essential for producing stomach acid.

High calorie intake is not a problem, as long as it is something your body can process and you can work it off to build muscle. You don't need to diet. All you need to do is eat healthy.

If you're great grandparents didn't eat it , you should not eat it.

Supposedly.

I can't translate the language, but this is what I've been told is accurate.

Few years back someone shared a clip from a Bad Bunny concert where the backing track cut out, but he kept singing with earplugs in while thinking the audience could hear the music track.

This is what he really sounds like...

Apparently so. It was in spanish, and I didn't even watch it. I changed to the Turning Point USA Halftime Show and watched it.
