This was back in 1987 when the Presidio was an Army base. Now it's all private residences. DiFi and Drunky live outside of the Presidio gate on Lyon Street, part of the Presidio Heights neighborhood and they probably didn't live there during this scandal

Incorrect. First off, The Offspring is not a punk band. I would classify it as a punk-inspired mainstream rock band. Secondly, real punk was very anti-establishment and libertarian. See: Johnny Rotten (Lydon), The Clash, Crass, Rudimentari Peni, and T.S.O.L as examples. The fact that some punkers have embraced soyness in their later years (Mike Ness, NoFX, Green Day, etc.) is just testament that liberals never concoct original ideas of their own but merely co-opt them and rebrand them but keep the original words.

The swearing in is (typically) at the Capitol but then the President and family go to the White House and they sit in a glassed-in room on Pennsylvania Ave and watch a parade and performers.

Those are Trump's last EO's, not Bidens.

They were sleeping in the Senate cafeteria in the Dirksen Senate Building. They've been moved to a Congressional parking garage to sleep, still on the grounds of the Capitol.

Hmmm. I'm a former momo too and while I'll accept that its a grown-up, Jesus fan fic cult, I think they're their own "order." Although those attempting to globalize us could learn a thing or two from the Church's organization. I'll keep my eye out for structural similarities.
