This one was most likely a gas leak. A few residents had posted about their complaints to management over the last week over the smell of gas and were told a leak had been repaired.

OSHA added the requirement for employers to report reactions/injuries a few months ago for companies that required it for employment, but caved and pushed enforcement out to May 2022. :(

It's up with no issues in the Atlanta area.
