CBS
Sources close to Trump is cooperating....has provided detailed testimony about private conversation with Trump and might be working for a full immunity deal.

So I guess this means he's trying to negotiate a full plea deal.
Basically it probably means it didn't flip.
And some people are saying this might have been only about his grand jury testimony. So this could have happened months ago.
This is saying he got court ordered limited use immunity. Which means your testimony can't be used against you, but it is not a plea deal

So far with Meadows, that's the DC case ...so not the same case as Sidney Powell
But Meadows is also indicted in GA as well.
Looking this up
Powell pleaded guilty to six misdemeanor counts of conspiring to intentionally interfere with the performance of election duties.
Chesebro pleaded guilty to one felony count of conspiracy to commit filing false documents
Jenna Ellis pleaded guilty to a charge of aiding and abetting false statements and writings.
Scott Hall pleaded guilty to five misdemeanor counts of intentional interference with performance of election duties
So it looks like convictions were gotten on two conspiracies.
The trial in NYC is a civil suit, not a criminal case. So there was no criminal indictment.
Cohen is testifying right now.
They privatized their parking meters during financial crisis.
Back in like 2008.
Hall who nobody really knew before this was the first to plead.

One count aiding and abetting false documents
She was General Flynn's attorney,
Yeah, but he was facing federal charges in civilian court. He wouldn't need a military lawyer.
and yes, I checked her bio. She has never been in the military.
I wasn't able to find the video of her interview, but they did release the transcript.
Discussion of the December 18th meeting in the White House begins on page 65.
Key points
-
She mentions there were meetings at the White House she was blocked from attending
-
Seems to be a series of meeting from the 18th -21st some of which she was blocked on.
*There was talk of her being appointed Special Counsel and that was blocked/opposed by WH lawyers.
-
She mentions she wasn't invited. She and Flynn were going and Byrne "inserted himself" in
-
Garrett Ziegler let her in
How about Patrick Byrne, how did he get -- He invited himself. He inserted -- he and Emily -- Emily apparently knew the people that could let us in, and I think that's the first time I met Garrett Ziegler, because she knew Garrett, and there was another young man too. And Patrick invited himself.
-
She told Trump he could use EO 13848 to get access to the voting machines
-
She is questioned if she authored EO 13848 and she doesn't remember, but it has things she did write, so she may have written part of it.
-
She says she is sure she drafted a document of talking points about 13848 and findings of foreign interference that could provide a basis for invoking 13848.
My sense of Lindell was he was an outside funder and promoter of the legal work, but didn't have any official position on Sidney Powell's cases.
What I do know is that people like Sidney Powell, Gen Mike Flynn, Patrick Byrnes, and Mike Lindell were all invited to the White House to talk about something.
If you speaking of the late night meeting in December. I don't think Mike Lindell was there.
Sidney Powell testified to the Jan 6 Committee about this. Flynn took the 5th. I don't know if they released the full interview with her, but in the clips we have seen mentioned it wasn't a planned invited meeting, she Flynn and Byrne were let onto the White House Grounds by a young staffer. Byrne I know as talked about this.
Powell said she and her group were alone with Trump for about 15 minutes before other WH staff came in. "Pat Cipollone must have set a land speed record" rushing over there she said.
She talked about having the president use EO13848
How can Sidney defend herself when she entered guilty plea, removing necessity of trial?
Her trial would have been the time to defend herself. She plead guilty which means she gave up the right to defend herself against the charges.
As per of her plea deal.
She has to "testify truthfully" in other trials as part of this case.
She's not done yet.
Hall and Chesebro also have to testify as part of their plea deals.
Seems like there's other ways to legally introduce evidence without getting yourself convicted.
Maybe she is a JAG military lawyer.
How can this be if she's never been in the military?
She is also an unindicted co-conspirator in the DC case against Trump.
Apps/brands often mispell common words for searchability
Lyft instead of Lift because they become unique in search engines.
Cable shows like Fox News don't use the public aiwaves so they are not licensed by the FCC.
Sidney Powell was on Trump's team for like a week, Rudy didn't get along with her and she was off the team like a week later.
She, Flynn and Byrne had an impromptu meeting with Trump in December that turned into a screaming match with Trump's staff. This meeting is part of the GA Indictment.
It's a stay pending appeal.
Those are pretty routine
If you are born in Washington, DC, you are an American Citizen.
I thought you meant just for violating the gag order
He was fined 5 grand today for that
But yes, I agree these are serious cases.
In NY, revoking his business certificates and putting his companies into receivership has already happened. He is appealing, but that is where it stands so far and as you point out more can happen after the trial
Trump's lawyer got Michael Cohen to say that he had previously lied UNDER OATH when Cohen was testifying yesterday.
He is still being crossexamined.
