Greatly reduce or cut out sugar intake, literally every packaged item has sugar added. A good alternative is stevia if you have a sweet tooth.
Learn to cook, you'll have much more control what goes in your body. It's easy to learn basic staple recipes such as plain rice, beans, eggs, etc.
Drink lots and lots of water, it's good for your body.
Stick to animal fats and olive oil for cooking.
Exercise regularly. Not everyday unless you're a professional athlete, just keep a body strong.
You wrote that you're skinny, increase your protein intake. Eggs, chicken, beef, some legumes have high protein, eat more often, smaller meals but 6+ times a day.
