No. It would not be implemented securely, because the people who want it don’t want election security now. Who know who’s on the other end of the phone? Are they being paid or coerced? Paper ballots is the only way to go.

What’s the best time for headline busts for fraud, election theft, coordination with foreign enemies? Just before or during midterm campaign season. All Trump has to do is bring iron-clad cases. Democrats and the media will be in shock. They’ll scream to high heaven about it being authoritarian, politicized, etc. But all that gets refuted by actual guilt. Voters hate people who scam social services, and hate political corruption. The entire democratic brand will be tainted once the corruption is exposed.

She’s the perfect embodiment of affirmative action and DEI. The education system, the justice system, and politicians all wanted to promote black women, and so they did. She was superficially plausible as a SCOTUS pick, so she was picked for that and pushed through.
I wonder how much she’ll learn? When even Kagan and Sotomayor tell you you’re too blatantly partisan… yikes. She’ll feel a lot of social pressure from the left to keep pushing social justice, but maybe she’ll tone it down.
I think Trump and his team know this. He is pushing Iran into a corner, partly through diplomacy. He is leading allies (Israel, the Saudis, most of the Gulf countries) through a persuasion process, to agree they must pull the trigger, decapitate the regime, and give support to the Persian people. No invasion or occupation, but some special forces. We get the uranium. Iran lashing out at all neighbors was predictable and part of the plan to align them with Trump.
The IRGC and Basij are now weakened, fragmented, and heavily surveilled. Trump has a sure bet: there’s no way they can stand up to an alliance of the US, Israel, Saudi Arabia, and most of their rich neighbors. Iran's biggest allies (Russia and China) are in no shape to help. Trump sells it as a muscular, decisive regime change, an affordable end to an “unsolvable” problem of their top enemy, and with big long-term financial benefits. The Art of the Deal.
TL;DR: Trump will go all the way and end the regime. The diplomacy is for the public, for misdirection, and for justification.

I’m convinced she’s too perfect a target for Trump to pass up:

The DOJ will arrest or indict her before the midterms. Democrats will freak out and claim it’s “just political persecution,” but the evidence against her will be overwhelming. Moderates won’t support her, and Democrat hysteria will drive voters away from Democrats. Another 80/20 issue for Trump and MAGA.

A few years ago I researched the issue. It’s been pretty much every Republican since Dewey. There might have been some in the FDR years, but they were probably minor examples. I don’t think top Democrats called opponents Nazis back then.
Since Dewey, only Eisenhower was a bit of a stretch, but at least one Democrat called him a fascist for Little Rock.
The first instance I know of is Truman calling Dewey a fascist.
Maybe, but a a MAGA DOJ may not need the military, beyond it being there as an implied backup. Trump is very aware of optics. He’ll use it if he needs to, but my sense is that he’s trying to avoid having it go that far.
