Oyster mushrooms (P. ostreatus) are really incredible for this sort of application. They can be trained to breakdown different things including cigarette butts. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fCAX9P50SNU

edit: If anyone really wants to learn more about environmental remediation using fungi, the guy in the video above has a 600 page book that was written for that purpose called 'Radical Mycology' Personally I find it a bit on the hippy side in some areas and I get tired of all the evolutionist bs. But there is lots of good information in it too.

Sounds like some people need to read The Real Lincoln by Thomas DiLorenzo. Lincoln was the worst elected president in the history of the US. You can thank him for all of the lousy presidents we've had since him and the over-reaching Federal Government. He was also the first president to enact income tax, although that was done away with afterwards (until 1913, that is.) The civil war had NOTHING to do with slavery, it was about destroying state sovereignty.

Yes. People have a misplaced fondness for Lincoln that is comparable to the hate that people today have for Trump. I hate Lincoln and it is my opinion that he is the worst elected President in the history of this country. Lincoln is credited with freeing slaves, but this just isn't really true, just a twisted version of history. The Emancipation Proclamation wasn't even made until 18 months into the Civil War as a last ditch effort by Lincoln to drum up support for a war that the north was losing. Lincoln made it very clear in some of his quotes that the true purpose for the war was "to preserve the Union". Lincoln's true legacy is not the freeing of slaves, but rather the over-encroaching, imperial Federal Government which we have today. Lincoln opened the door for a string of horrible presidents, chief among them being Woodrow Wilson who brought us the Fed and income taxes (this time to stay) as well as drag the US into a foreign war which we had no business being a part of. Icing on the cake is a quote from Lincoln on August 21, 1858 in a debate:

I will say here, while upon this subject, that I have no purpose, directly or indirectly, to interfere with the institution of slavery in the States where it exists. I believe I have no lawful right to do so, and I have no inclination to do so. I have no purpose to introduce political and social equality between the white and the black races. There is a physical difference between the two, which, in my judgment, will probably forever forbid their living together upon the footing of perfect equality, and inasmuch as it becomes a necessity that there must be a difference, I, as well as Judge Douglas, am in favor of the race to which I belong having the superior position."

Strictly speaking, that is white supremacy. I highly recommend the book The Real Lincoln by Thomas DiLorenzo.

I also disagree with this statement. God gives people over to a reprobate mind to do those things which are inconvenient. Once you're a reprobate... How do I put it? It's not that you can't be saved but you won't be. Read Romans chapter 1. It's fine if you disagree with me, but I really try to base my beliefs on the bible. Downvoting doesn't bother me. Additionally, only those who believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, that is to say: the saved, are children of God.

The part about God loving ALL of us isn't exactly true though. He does love everyone, at least at the beginning of their life, but at a certain point you can become hated by him. At least that is what I believe.

All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 2 Timothy 3:16 KJV

To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: ... a time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace. Ecclesiastes 3:1‭, ‬8 KJV

The verse from 2 Timothy is just to remind people that you can't just disregard some scripture... Like Ecclesiastes 3:1,8 where God's word says there is a time to hate.

For additional supporting arguments and scripture to this controversial statement, I recommend listening to this sermon by Steven Anderson. You will even learn of scripture where it says God hates certain people: http://faithfulwordbaptist.org/030407p.mp3

I completely agree. The word has been so over-used and the Nazis of the 1940s are extinct. I, and many others, believe the Holocaust never happened. Take a step back and look at who the US allied with... Communists. That looks really bad. If you take away the Holocaust what do you really have against Hitler? If they can demonize Trump and traditional morals in the 21st century, where information is much more accessible, then they could demonize Hitler from the 20th century where information was much more constricted. Maybe I'm wrong, but most people have only ever heard one side of the story. Another point which I believe lends some credence to this idea is that the world doesn't get into the state it's in overnight. It takes a long chain of events to get to where we are. So when did that start? Probably long before WWII.

I'm sorry, but no. The Union was not supposed to be "indivisible" and the whole idea that the states had sovereignty was what the Civil War was fought over. But, the states lost and the Federal government was forever changed with the power firmly within it's grasp. The whole pledge was written by a Socialist named Francis Bellamy. https://www.ushistory.org/documents/pledge.htm

Under-rated pastor. He was the only one that I thought of.

Pastor Steven Anderson. He's pretty controversial, but he preaches the Bible and if you're a Bible-believer then you really can't argue with his points. BUT he makes it clear that you should be trusting the Word, not just whatever he is saying. http://www.faithfulwordbaptist.org/page2.html

I think I saw some pictures of the New York group, and I'll admit it was no small number, but honestly it seemed smaller than I was expecting for being in NY. Nothing like the turnout we patriots had In DC.

Forcing someone to learn a language that they don't want to learn doesn't work. I took 3 years of Spanish and 1 semester of Arabic and I know more Arabic than Spanish because I wanted to learn it. It is a beautiful language though.

Absolutely. People have some misconceptions about Biblical doctrine in this area. We're told to love our enemies, but those are our personal enemies. That's because they're not necessarily evil people and they're probably not God's enemies. But the Bible also talks about God hating those who do evil. My stance: God loves everyone at some point, but there is a point where God gives up on those who reject him and he may even give them over to a reprobate mind to do those things which are not convenient. So I hate God's enemies. And many of these people, probably mostly the ones of some authority, I believe to be God's enemies.

Yeah, if the states hadn't lost their sovereignty and the Constitution was not ignored, the world would probably be unrecognizable.

Our country has been on the downfall since at least Abraham Lincoln. He was the gateway to horrible presidents. Under his presidency, the states lost their sovereignty and the Federal government has been over-reaching and encroaching nonstop since. He imprisoned thousands of people in the NORTH for their dissenting opinions about the war and other policies, many of his targets included newspaper editors. To make it worse, he did that without trials for his political prisoners. I have nothing good to say for Lincoln, even the Emancipation Proclamation was only "effective" (it wasn't effective at all, but I'm referring to the area where it was supposed to have an effect.) in the areas where Lincoln didn't have any control. That is to say, that Lincoln's Federal army had control of some southern areas which were allowed to retain slaves. The Civil War had nothing to do with slavery. It was really a war for State Sovereignty, and the people lost.

Thanks for your input. Sorry to everyone about the formatting: it was late, I was tired, I was on mobile and I don't post much.. not a good combo.

Sorry about the weird formatting.

Probably an unpopular opinion, but I the jab isn't the mark of the beast. Although it could be a sort of precursor in terms of mental conditioning.. but those who receive the mark will make a conscious decision of worship to the beast and rejection of Christ.

"....and worshipped it's image."

Yeah, it should be read in history... After we abolish the Fed.

I don't understand how something so simple has been taken so out of context by you. I'm referring to 289m's comment that was clearly suggesting people shouldn't even use MS Word to begin with.

"It will be done" is not the same as "...there am I in the midst of them."

Every single comment in this thread that suggests a change in format has 1 downvote... Wonder who that would be? If it's such a prevalent suggestion, maybe you should consider implementing it rather than just getting butthurt and downvoting everyone who made a suggestion.

If this is aimed at the title of the post, it is that way because it's a sensitive topic that people seem to think opens the door to white supremacy and antisemitism.
