The statement alone is vague enough to pass as you say, but combined with the image of two people looking at a number and drawing conclusions based upon their positions relative to the subject gives the clear impression that promoting relativism is the meme's original intent. If it wasn't, the given 9/6 example was a poor choice, and perhaps the individuals should instead be arguing about going left or right, with both roads leading to the same destination.
