Each lot went to 1 or more states. The authors are stating that the lots that went to 13 or more states had the vast majority of adverse events. If all of the lots are the same size (the author suggests 1000 vial lots = 6000 doses) then this is a big problem. The lots that were producing most all of the adverse events were spread between the most states. A logical conclusion is that the people distributing the lots were carefully dividing the "bad" or perhaps active lots between as many states as possible to avoid detection while the "safe" lots were divided between fewer states.

This is an impossible decision that nobody should be forced to make. There is no guarantee that even with the J&J vaccine, you won't be required to get a booster later on. There are always other options. If your job is dependent on you taking the jab, perhaps there is another employer (maybe one with fewer than 150 employees) that may be happy to hire you without taking the jab. If you are being required to take the jab to attend school, check into remote learning or see if you can find another school that doesn't require it. In some countries if you can prove you have already had covid, you will be treated the same as the fully vaccinated and I hope that soon more countires will follow this protocol. If these options wont work for you I would suggest just holding out as long as possible. Good Luck!

Good answer! What is amazing to me is not all states in India have followed the Uttar Pradesh protocol. The state of Kerala with approximately 1/6th the population of Uttar Pradesh has not approved Ivermectin for the treatment of Covid-19. In the month of October, Kerala had 6,549 deaths from Covid.
