There are so many headfakes within headfakes there that I just have to step back and laugh.
I guess it would be Barr pretending that Trump is reckless for pretending to be worried about replacing FISA 1.0 with FISA 2.0, and cabal operators aren't sure whether they should be in favor of FISA 1.0 because that's great to use against people like Trump or in favor of FISA 2.0 because it might protect Trump using FISA 1.0 against them in a more covert & broad manner?
My impression here is that white hats operate like they have a checkmate scenario and don't really care which version of FISA is around, and that their broader interest is simply to have the public aware of FISA and how it's used, and the cabal gets to choose how they lose.
Also worth reviewing is Barr's "resignation letter", where the dude doesn't fucking resign, and Trump doesn't even classify it as such in his tweets:

Well in the future I think it'd be worth having the debate. What is a proper oath of office? What does a valid one look like, what makes the Biden administration's invalid in comparison?
It's a good legal question worthy of some debate.

The only statute I could find says there must be a "record" of the oath of office. Doesn't specify what form that record must be.
There are videos of Harris and others being sworn in. Video IMO constitutes a record.
Legislators blindly follow this organizations recommendations. They are essentially an invisible, parallel legislature. If you control UniformLaws.org, you control foundational legislation across all 50 states.
18 months is ridiculous. Should be on the order of at least ten years. Would be worth pursuing legislatively if we can find the damn statute.
