So what. Broadcast live like anything else they'd broadcast live from Congress.

I don't care if they editorialize like PBS in some round table discussion held at another time that no one watches anyway. If it's live TV it is real time. Can't manipulate real time when you have an official Congressional Record marking down all exchanges. It is quotable.

The optics would be uncontestable.

Homeopathic products are governed by the same law as are other drugs per 21 USC 321(g)(1)(A) “articles recognized in the official USP, official Homoeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States or National Formulary, or any supplement.”.

Supplement here is not referring to dietary supplements, but supplements to the respective Pharmacopoeiae.

FDA could not with a broad stroke or regulation just take away homeopathic therapies without Congress first repealing this part of US Code.

Back in the 1930's when the FD&C Act was being debated/discussed homeopathic health providers prevailed on Congress to make certain that the emerging drug industry at that time would not de-legitimize homeopathic treatments.

A number of Congressmen at the time were under such providers' care taking homeopathic preparations, and they swore by them. A provision was made for homeopathics in law then, and it still exists in law today.

If he can expunge Trump's House Impeachment, what about our J6 Jail birds?

McCarthy says he will release all 14000 hours of surveillance video from J6.

What J6 prisoners did on that day can and will be known. The video was used to dragnet these folks and to triangulate with their social media postings.

McCarthy has re-asserted the fact that the US Capitol is the people's house just last week

I envision a new J6 committee which investigates as a first order of business the conduct of each and every individual J6 prisoner.

Each prisoner is then called before the committee. The video tape rolls. The harmless activity is shown. The J6-er is acquiited on the spot and witha banging of the gavel the prisoner released from jail immediately.

Televise it. One by one. C-Span. It would be like seeing the POWs coming home from Vietnam. Imagine the oiptics of families throwing their arms around the freed -- thoroughly overjoyed.

Standing by is the ACLJ, who meets with each wrongfully imprisoned J6-er and begins to file a case on behalf of each prisoner individually, and collectively as a class action against DC Gov't the Capitiol Police, the C^^IA, and F^^BI.

Can he "pardon" himself out of this by issuing a declass on these docs or any others that might be found to have been in his possession for 6 years +?

In the end he CAN pardon himself but as the powers that be would have it (Newsome, possibly?) this fuck up will see to it that Biden will not further complicate what ever their plans are for 2024.

The House did the right thing although this bill cannot advance on its own. It is an opening statement that has to be made.

This may have passed the House but it will never be taken up in the Senate as long as (D)s are in control of it. The near term fight is the debt ceiling and this is where the leverage to get rid of the IRS agents and other onerous things can be stripped from funding in order for the (R)s to consider even a 1-cent rise in the debt ceiling.

Congress voted for all the $1.7T spending but the debt ceiling must be raised to allow for the spending to happen. This is where the rules package just appoved has the teeth to actually get in there and derail this shit.

Trump should come to Washington DC with alot of public fan fare and huddle with the ones he endorsed first - secure their endorsement, then meet with the full (R) House delgation elect - blow it wide open. Get elected Speaker and then kick ass.

WIll Lula attempt to purge the military, and if so, will the military resist?

What about Article 142? Has it no teeth? Weren't the Dominion voting machines implicated in fraud? Has the military chosen to ignore this?

Is there another military leader who will rise and physically lead and oppose Lula?

"Duh, I drove my car on the sidewalk and mowed down 10 pedestrians in the process but I didn't intend to hurt them."

Your logic is that stupid.

Trump would then have to report to Elon - and that ain''t happening. Now ...maybe Trump does a leveraged buy out of Twitter for pennies on the $. That would be a real lib-shitting strategy.

I recall McInerney saying the plane landed "near India" at that time, when we was on O'Reiilly back when he was in the 8PM slot on Fox. O'Reilly shook his head in disbelief and mocked McInerny and McInerney never retruned to O'Reilly's shw after that. Then O'Reilly was canned at Fox and Tucker stepped in to take his place.

As much as I would love for him to be in that position, not all (R)'s would vote for him for Speaker and possibly not a majority of (R)'s and the candidacy would fail. Just looking at who is being exposed as turncoats now when 93% of his '22 endorsements win. Trump doesn't need traitiors who are supposd to be his allies to take him down.
