He’s not an Article III, he is a magistrate judge. He can preside over the preliminary hearings but not the actual case.

Durham has to at least charge and indict them if there is evidence they knew. You just don't know something in that level of position, you are complicit.

It was almost two completely different messages, targeting two completely different audiences. He even mentioned something not changing until 2024 in his speech.
