I’m doing the same, with food that is. Still learning. I’m really experienced pressure cooking grains doing mushroom growing but have never done foods per se. I was just gifted a bunch of various foods which were pressure cooked which got me thinking about it. Great reminder op. 👍🏼

Hey!!! Merry Christmas to you too!!! I was just telling Mary about all my recent doings. Been helping people with alternative cancer cures which takes tons of my time. Hit a deer and totaled my Expedition now own a used F-150 just the process of Insurance and finding a replacement vehicle what a hassle!! But I’m happy. Well, sorta…been fighting depression mainly due to being so far from my children but am active in my Church so I’ve made a lot of friends there. I do stay busy. I’m struggling with my new lady friend too, as she has a similar but not as extreme alcohol problem. I gave it up a decade ago, but a couple times a year I’ll enjoy a beer or glass of wine. It doesn’t “work” FOR me anymore but she’s an every day-night drinker. Claims, or course, that she doesn’t have a problem but as a counselor now I see all the patterns so the lies don’t work on me. I don’t “call” her on them, that’s non-productive but I also don’t enable. I just smile. She does try harder now as she sees how my life and health are stable so I guess I’m a good influence(?). It’s hard for anyone in this dynamic to have a real and meaningful relationship so I empathize & completely understand Bro. Keep in mind EVERYONE is worth the effort, and the love. -Peace

Bam!! (45th 👍🏼). I got to go to Greenland on a mission to Iraq. It was July and although icebergs littered the fjord the hills surrounding were green. Mosquitos were like hawks too. Absolutely gorgeous place…I’ll look for pictures later & will post. I cheered when 45 made that comment and truly hoped it would happen. Arctic gateway full of rare earth minerals, and truly beautiful people. Denmark has done nothing for them but abuse.
