How does this make sense? Bill Gates somehow would have stopped them from having HIV? There’s no shot for it, so how would it be prevented?

Politicians have doubles. There seem to have been about 4 Biden lookalikes in use throughout his term. Having said that, Biden was often undergoing cosmetic procedures throughout his career, and on an old person this could look messy on some days.
I know it’s only 11 minutes, but I would love for it to be a thing on GW that the person who posts a video posts a summary as well.
